We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our ERP implementation team. You will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver effective Odoo ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops and client meetings.
- Configure and demonstrate Odoo ERP solutions.
- Prepare user stories, business requirements, and project documentation.
- Work closely with developers and project managers during implementation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Assist clients in improving business processes through ERP solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
- Ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementation or Business Analysis.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage.
- Understanding of Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, HR, or Manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
